Bebe's Works

Nada Lou is a Focusing Coordinator, videographer, and Bebe's friend. One of the plethora of videos Nada has made over the years is Bebe discussing how she teaches Focusing and it is available on DVD. Please check out Nada's website to learn more and to purchase this (and many other) videos.

In 2014, Bebe and her friend, Rosa Zubizarreta, published their collaboration How I Teach Focusing: Discovering the Gift of Your Inner Wisdom. A few years later, Bebe asked if there could be a revision of that publication to make a few small improvements, and her wish was granted. However, in between these two events, friends of Bebe's in Japan decided to translate her book into Japanese and publish it under the title The Fundamentals of Focusing: Discovering Inner Wisdom. The translators were Mako Hikasa, Sawako Sakakibara, Yoshiko Kosaka, Kenichi Takase, and Naomi Horio. Then in 2020, with help from Barbara Dickinson and Lisa Hodorovych, Bebe's wish finally came true when her and Rosa's book was republished under a new title with a new cover.

Discovering the Gift of Your Inner Wisdom: How I Teach Focusing dives into how Bebe Simon teaches her students about Focusing. It also features articles she wrote, some of her favorite articles from fellow Focusers, and her interview with her dear friend, Rob Foxcroft.
